The 2 Free Games from the Epic Games Store

Every Thursday, the Epic Games Store gives away two games for free while confirming the new free games for the following week.

From Thursday, April 14 until Thursday, April 21 at 10:00 a.m. CT, Epic Games Store users can claim Insurmountable and XCOM 2 for free.

XCOM 2 is easily one of the biggest free games the Epic Games Store launcher has ever given away, as it was both a commercial and critical success. Winning numerous awards in its release year, XCOM 2 is generally considered one of the best turn-based strategy games of recent years, so it's definitely exciting to see it offered for free through the Epic Games Store.

Insurmountable is a survival game that received mostly positive reviews upon its initial release. Anyone interested in the genre should consider adding it to their Epic Games Store library while it's free.
