The Apex Legends Season 13 trailer features Newcastle

Apex Legends is ready for the Arena and the game has a new trailer. In the first trailer for the new season of Apex Legends, Savior, we see Newcastle's abilities, along with some exciting battles and a giant sea monster. Apex Legends: Savior is set to release on April 28th.

The trailer's main feature is Newcastle, the game's newest character, matching the March leak. Newcastle was first revealed as Jackson, Bangalore's brother, in a previous Stories from the Outlands cinematic. This is the first time we've seen him in action in the Apex Arena and the first time Bangalore realized that the mysteriously masked Newcastle was actually her long-lost brother.

It seems Newcastle is highly skilled with shields, which comes in handy in the trailer as he, his sister, and the rest of the Legends in the Arena face a massive enemy invading mid-match. The creature emerges from the ocean and takes out a few Legends before Newcastle shields everyone.

Although this trailer has many additions for Apex Season 13, we don't know for sure what's down the road; we'll update you more this week with the launch of the game's new season.
