Microsoft's Spring Sales have started, which means many video games are available at discounted prices. There are hundreds of games and bundles on sale for Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC.
Discounts range from smaller price cuts on new releases, such as 15% off Forza Horizon 5 and 20% off Halo Infinite (which is about to launch its second season), to massive deals of up to 90% off Xbox Game Studios titles, as well as third-party games.
Xbox is also having sales on Steam. PC gamers can find discounts of up to 80% on various Xbox Game Studios titles in the spring sales until April 15th.
The Epic Games Store offers new free games every Thursday, while simultaneously revealing to users what they can expect from next week's free game offers. Thursday, April 7 is no exception to this rule, as it features two more big games completely free for users, while also confirming the free games that will be released on Thursday, April 14.
From today and until Thursday, April 14 at 10:00 AM CT, Epic Games Store users can add the critically acclaimed Roguelike Rogue Legacy to their collection. The fact that Rogue Legacy is free on the Epic Games Store coincides with the confirmation that the Rogue Legacy 2 release date is April 28, which may not be a coincidence.
The other free game users can claim is The Vanishing of Ethan Carter. A first-person mystery game, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter earned mostly positive reviews, so fans of the genre should definitely check it out.

Two new characters are coming to Fortnite starting April 7. From the Assassin’s Creed series, we have the Italian Stallion Ezio Auditore as well as Eivor Varinsdottir coming to the game as character skins. Additionally, Assassin’s Creed fans can get a new pickaxe, spray, emote, glider, and other items in Ubisoft’s hit action game.
Those looking to get Ezio can do so starting April 7, at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT / 1 a.m. April 8 GMT. Purchasing the Ezio outfit will also give you the pickaxe, which can only be used by players using the Ezio skin.
Those who want to get Eivor Varinsdottir, she will hit the shop at the same time and date as above. If you want to take your Viking look to the next level, you can also get the Wolf-Kissed Longboat Glider separately from the shop.
An additional special addition to Eivor's kit is the Viking War Cry emote, which can only be used if you have the Raven Clan pickaxe and/or the shield back bling equipped. If you want to get these skins but haven't fallen in love with Fortnite over the years, now is a great time to return thanks to the recently added Zero Build mode.
A few days ago we had informed you that building has stopped in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 Resistance.
Fortnite brought building back over the weekend. In a game update on Saturday morning, Epic Games reactivated the game's default Battle Royale, with all the building options players have been used to over the years. But for all the players who prefer Fortnite without building, Epic also kept the game's Zero Build mode.
Players can now queue for a standard Fortnite match. These matches will feature building, just like the old days, and no Overshield. Meanwhile, the Zero Build mode is available in the playlist, where players can continue to enjoy the game without building and will still have Overshields.
Zero Build also pushed some streamers to return to the battle royale. Over the weekend, Twitch hosted a massive Zero Build Twitch Rivals tournament, featuring nearly 100 streamers. With all these streamers back in Fortnite, the game quickly climbed back to the top spots on Twitch as if it were 2019.
Epic hasn't said for how long players will be able to enjoy both of Fortnite’s battle royale modes, but it's likely that Zero Build is here to stay for the foreseeable future.
Marvel Studios announced the new trailer for Doctor Strange 2; they're just a month away from their return to the big screen with one of the MCU's biggest movies to date (Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness). With a team effort involving Doctor Strange, Wanda Maximoff, Wong and countless others, this sequel is set to change everything MCU fans know.
Since the new movie is set for release in a month, with the new trailer being the length of a TV spot, Marvel Studios intends to announce that ticket pre-sales for fans' return to theaters start this week. With tickets going on sale in the not-too-distant future, the MCU epic is quickly becoming the hottest topic in the film world as the Multiverse prepares to go to another level.
The Scarlet Witch of Elizabeth Olsen will play as big a role as anyone in this film, officially helping to bridge the movies and Disney+ shows following her standout performance in WandaVision. She will also find herself working with several new characters for the first time, including an unexpected one who just appeared in the latest TV spot.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will premiere in Greek theaters on May 5, 2022.

Έχουν περάσει 18 μήνες από τότε που είχαμε στα χέρια μας το Assetto Corsa και το πήραμε για πρώτη φορά από το χέρι και μας οδήγησες στον κόσμο σου.
Η σχέση μας ξεκίνησε απότομα και με εκπλήξεις, από την στιγμή που δεν είχαμε έρθει ποτέ σε επαφή μαζί σου.
Τους πρώτους γύρους που πήγαμε να ρίξουμε με μία Lamborghini στο ναό της ταχύτητας (Monza) και στο πρώτο Sβρεθήκαμε να κουρεύουμε τα γρασίδια.
Εκείνη ήταν και η στιγμή που καταλάβαμε ότι είσαι μοναδικό στο είδος σου, δεν μοιάζεις με κανένα άλλο, και για να μπορέσουμε να συνυπάρχουμε ομαλά μαζί σου θα έπρεπε να δουλέψουμε πολύ για την σχέση μας.
Επίσης ένα πράγμα ήταν σαφές, στης κονσόλες των PS4 και Xbox One ήταν λίγες τεχνικά αφού προσπαθούσε με νύχια και με δόντια να παίξουμε το παιχνίδι έστω και στα 30 fps χωρίς όμως να τα καταφέρουμε.
Τώρα όμως με την έλευση της νέας γενιάς, και από την στιγμή που η εταιρία Kunos Simulazioni αποφάσισε να το κάνει διαθέσιμο στις κονσόλες νέας γενιάς έφτασε η ώρα να ζήσουμε ξανά σε όλο σου το μεγαλείο στο Playstation 5.
Με εξήντα καρέ το δευτερόλεπτο, ανάλυση 4Κ και prive lobby έως 30 ατόμων η ανανέωσή σου ήταν αξιοπρόσεκτη. Επιτέλους η ανάβαση της Rainey Curve στην Laguna Seca, βραδινές ώρες, με βροχούλα, και η προετοιμασία για την βουτιά στην Corkscrew αποκτά άλλο νόημα και περιθώρια για δικαιολογίες πλέον δεν υπάρχουν. Όλα εξαρτώνται από μένα, τους χειρισμούς μου και τις ρυθμίσεις του αγωνιστικού οχήματος.
Για όσους δεν σε γνωρίζουν, να αναφέρουμε ότι τα επίπεδα διδασκαλίας σου είναι αρκετά υψηλά και οφείλονται στο rating system που έχεις υιοθετήσει. Track Competence (γνώση της διαδρομής), Consistency (συνέπεια απόδοσης), Car Control (έλεγχος αυτοκινήτου), Pace (ρυθμός και απόδοση), Safety (Οδηγική συμπεριφορά και ασφάλεια) είναι μερικά από τα ratings που μας κρίνεις σε κάθε επαφή με την πίστα, είτε online είτε offline.
Να πούμε ότι υπάρχει η δυνατότητα απενεργοποίησης της μεταβολής των ratings για το offline μέρος σου, κάτι όμως που δεν το συνιστούμε σε κανέναν.
Τα δύσκολα βέβαια ξεκινάνε με την απόφαση της απενεργοποίησης όλων των βοηθημάτων που προσφέρεις (TC, ABS, Steering Assistance, Stability) για την βίωση της εμπειρίας της εξομοίωσης, κάτι που συνοδεύει και τον τίτλο σου και όχι για τα μάτια του κόσμου. Πλέον έπρεπε να προσέχω δύο φορές τις θερμοκρασίες των ελαστικών μου και να πιέζω μόνο εφόσον η θερμοκρασία τους έφτανε σε αποδεκτά επίπεδα. Με προσοχή το γκάζι, με προσοχή το φρένο, με προσοχή και το στρίψιμο του τιμονιού με στόχο της σωστή γραμμή στις στροφές.
Πάντως ακόμα και με την χρήση του DualSense, εάν κάποιος δεν διαθέτει τιμονιέρα, το immersion μέσω της απτικής ανάδρασης στις σκανδάλες όπως και της αναβαθμισμένης δόνησης του χειριστηρίου πάει την σχέση μας ένα βήμα μπροστά και δεν της επιτρέπει να βαλτώσει. Οι αναπηδήσεις στα κερμπ, το γλίστρημα στις στροφές και οι ισχύς των θηρίων που κρύβονται κάτω από τα καπό των αγωνιστικών μεταφέρονται απευθείας στα χέρια μας.
Όλα αυτά να θυμίσουμε και να ενημερώσουμε όσους δεν έχουν ασχοληθεί μαζί σου ότι μπορούν να τα ζήσουν μέσω των διαφορετικών modes που προσφέρονται, Practice Mode, Hotlap, Hotstint, Quick Race, Championship Mode και Career.
To Championship Mode διαθέτει πλέον περισσότερες seasons του Blacpain να διαλέξουμε, 2018-2021, όπως και το Intercontinental DLC – GT Challenge. Δεν λείπουν φυσικά και τα Special Online Events στα οποία απαιτείς από τους “μνηστήρες” σου να ολοκληρώσουν συγκεκριμένες δοκιμασίες, κατατάσσοντας τους συγχρόνως σε online rankings. Όσον αφορά το Career Mode στην αρχή του, και έπειτα από μια μικρή βίντεο εισαγωγή που μας καλωσορίζει στις ακαδημίες τις Lamborgini, λαμβάνουμε μέρος σε ένα σετ δοκιμαστικών μέσω των οποίων θα μας επιλέξει ομάδα για να μας εντάξει στο δυναμικό της.
Στον τομέα τώρα όσο αναφορά της πίστες και τα αυτόκινητα έχουμε διαθέσιμα 24 αυτοκίνητα από 14 κατασκευαστές ενώ οι ικανότητές μας δοκιμάζονται συνολικά σε 11 πίστες.

The PS Plus Collection will remain available when the revamped service launches later this year, it has been confirmed.
PlayStation 5’s PS Plus Collection, which provides subscribers access to a range of great titles at no extra cost, will not disappear when the service transitions to its new three-tier system in June. The additional bonus will become part of PS Plus Essential, which is the basic offering that all current PS Plus members will automatically switch to this summer. Sony confirmed its plans to keep the list of 20 PS4 titles to IGN.
For those wondering – PlayStation confirmed to IGN that the PlayStation Plus Collection will not be going away with this change. It will remain as a benefit to all PS5 players with PS Plus.
This means that the basic PS Plus Essential tier includes the usual free PS5 and PS4 games on a monthly basis, cloud storage for saves, access to online multiplayer, exclusive discounts, and now the PS Plus Collection. “There are no changes for existing PlayStation Plus members at this tier,” the company stated.
If you choose to upgrade your subscription to PS Plus Extra, you will gain access to “a catalog of up to 400 of the most enjoyable PS4 and PS5 games”. For now, God of War is the only game that overlaps between the PS Plus Collection and what has been confirmed for the PS Plus Extra launch lineup. You will also be able to download games like Returnal, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, and Death Stranding.
In Europe, the cost of PS Plus will be €8.99 per month.
Fortnite, with the Zero Build mode, has permanently removed building, which has been the main topic of discussion since the launch of Chapter 3, Season 2, with questions also arising regarding if or when building will return to the game. After being such a core part of the game for so long, not being able to build to reach high ground or a defensive wall to block fire has marked a major shift in the meta. New elements like the recharging Overshield, sprinting, and mantling have helped compensate for this lack of building, but those used to the old ways will wonder why Fortnite removed building and when it will return?
Zero Build is available in the Discover tab for Solo, Duos, Trios, and Squads, joining a constantly growing list of ways to play Fortnite, including Creative, Impostors, and the non-violent Party Royale. However, at the time of writing, the existence of a Zero Build option suggests that building will return to the experience in a separate mode, but Epic has yet to specify how or when that might happen.

Disney and Pixar share a new trailer for Lightyear, the animated spinoff of Toy Story starring Buzz Lightyear.
The new footage for Pixar’s Lightyear reveals more of his adventure, bringing a gritty and polished version of the plastic toy to a distant planet. Buzz reveals that he has been stuck on this planet for about a year. How will he get off? Who is he stuck with? We still don't know.
Lightyear is a spinoff of the Toy Story franchise, which started in 1995 with the most recent being Toy Story 4, released in 2019. The Toy Story franchise focuses on toys that humans are unaware of, which overcome obstacles in their mission to bring happiness to their owners. The series includes many recognizable characters, such as Woody, Bo Peep, Mr. Potato Head, Rex, and Buzz.
The new season has been available for less than a week and Fortnite players have already donated a staggering amount of money.
Fortnite continues to provide millions of dollars in aid for Ukraine. The latest update from Epic is big, announcing that as of March 25, it has raised over $70 million in aid for charities and groups supporting Ukrainians during the ongoing and horrific Russian invasion of the country.
In a blog post first published on March 20 on the official Epic page and after being updated on March 25, the company explained that players helped raise over $70 million to be used for supporting people in Ukraine during the war. This is part of Epic's ongoing plans to donate proceeds from all "real money" purchases made in Fortnite from March 20 to April 3.
